About The Therapist
Brittany Graniero-Rothman, LMHC-QS, CCTP
Owner of Deeply Rooted Therapy & Wellness
Welcome!
I'm so glad you're here. Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, you've already taken an important first step by landing here.
Before I tell you about my credentials and approach to therapy, I'd like to share a few values that guide both my life and my work: curiosity, authenticity, compassion, hope, connection, vulnerability, and creativity. These values shape the way I show up in the therapy room and inform the relationships I build with my clients.
Outside of the office, you'll often find me outdoors with a good book and my dogs, finding moments of peace and connection in nature. If you're a reader, there's a good chance we'll share books, ideas, and meaningful conversations that support your growth throughout our work together.
I believe healing happens in relationships. Research consistently shows that one of the strongest predictors of success in therapy is the relationship between therapist and client. You deserve a therapist who helps you feel seen, heard, understood, and accepted—a therapist who can hold space for both your struggles and your strengths without judgment. My goal is to create an environment where you feel safe enough to explore difficult emotions, uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values and goals. Finding the right therapist matters. If we connect and discover that I may not be the best fit for your needs, I am committed to helping you find someone who is.
I am passionate about helping adults and couples navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, and the many complexities that come with being human. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), I understand how past experiences can shape the way we view ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.
Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. I view our work as a collaborative partnership, where we create a treatment approach tailored specifically to your goals, strengths, and needs.
My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including:
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
-
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Together, we'll work to increase self-awareness, develop practical coping skills, strengthen relationships, and help you build a life that feels meaningful and authentic.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor in the State of Florida with over 12 years of clinical experience. I earned my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.
In addition to working directly with clients, I provide clinical supervision to Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns as they pursue licensure and develop their skills as therapists.
I am also a Certified Yoga Instructor and Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor. My experience integrating holistic practices with traditional psychotherapy has deepened my appreciation for the connection between mind and body. While therapy remains grounded in evidence-based care, I recognize the value of incorporating mindfulness, movement, and nervous system regulation into the healing process when appropriate. Giving back to the community is also deeply important to me.
At the end of the day, credentials and training are only part of the story.
My heart is to sit with people in their pain, help them make sense of their experiences, and walk alongside them through life's wilderness. You do not have to navigate difficult seasons alone. Healing isn't about becoming someone different—it's about reconnecting with the person you have always been beneath the hurt, fear, and uncertainty.
Wherever you are in your journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you, in the wilderness.
I’m glad you are here,
Brittany
